ABOUT ATTORNEY DAVID M. BACKENSTOE
Born in Allentown, PA, David Backenstoe is deeply rooted in the Lehigh Valley as he continues to live and work here.
David graduated from Moravian Academy in 1980. As a graduate from Pennsylvania State University, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1984. He then received his Juris Doctorate from The Dickinson School of Law in 1987. Following graduation, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Northampton County before entering private practice.
Attorney Backenstoe’s practice is located in Hellertown, where he specializes in Municipal Law, Land Use, Real Estate, Zoning, Divorce, Custody, Support , Wills and Estates and Personal Injury. David currently serves as Solicitor to several municipal entities throughout the Lehigh Valley area. David is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts, the Federal District Court, the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
